Integrity Land Inc. is a land services provider headquartered in Fort Saskatchewan, in Alberta's Industrial Heartland. We have extensive knowledge and experience from working on hundreds of various Crown and Freehold surface / mineral land projects in Central and Northern Alberta for several clients every year. Integrity Land Inc. approaches its work proactively, from the perspective of its clients. This allows us to understand project drivers, players, and issues; maintain and appreciate a team focus; comprehensively understand and appreciate the scope of projects; and retain and draw on knowledge of budgets and timelines.

Most of our Surface Land Agents, along with Integrity Land Inc.’s President, Daniel B. Tchir were raised on farms. This experience and background cannot be easily developed or instilled in people, yet is invaluable when dealing with farmers and their land. A person with the best agricultural training cannot always easily empathize, understand or appreciate some of the issues and details that a farmer experiences or goes through, without personally having experienced / lived through similar situations. The ability to build rapport is also that much greater for a Land Agent with a common background to the stakeholders he/she deals with.
