Land Agent Training

It is our practice to ensure that each of our Surface Land Agents have current training in the areas of First Aid, CPR and H2S Alive. It is our belief that preparedness constitutes readiness and in the event of an emergency, there is no substitute for being ready.

Land Agent CSL Designation

Integrity Land Inc. is eager to have its Surface Land Agents complete all of the requirements and obtain their designations as “Professional Landman – Certified Surface Landman” (P. Land – CSL). This is a new initiative being spearheaded by CAPL, as a result of public pressure through CAPP and the ERCB, with respect to a need to always ensure standards of conduct, education, experience, ethics and professionalism are upheld by active Surface Land Agents in the Province of Alberta. These requirements and expectations are not any different from Integrity Land Inc.’s existing standards for its Surface Land Agents, so formal certification is fully supported by our company.

General Employee Training

In accordance with our Training & Development Policy noted below, our team members receive many hours of training each year from various providers. In fact, Integrity Land Inc. is frequently the largest group in attendance at the monthly AASLA Informational luncheons. Some of our educational/training providers are:
CAPLA, AASLA, PIECE, CAPL, IRWA, CMC & CPMS.

Training and Development Policy

Integrity Land Inc. values continuous training, development and education of our team members in order to maintain an effective, competitive, highly trained and educated team. This will serve to benefit individuals through personal growth and development, benefit Integrity Land Inc. through competitiveness and level of ability in its market place and will also show reward and recognition to team members for their hard work and dedication. By investing in our team through educational opportunities and by providing paid time away from the day to day demands of their typical job functions, Integrity Land Inc. believes its company morale is also enhanced. We encourage each employee to take advantage of all learning opportunities and will provide each employee with a minimum of two (2) full paid days of training annually.

Course Reimbursement Policy

Integrity Land Inc. values the initiative that individuals take to further their personal knowledge and education. Our course reimbursement policy outlines how Integrity Land Inc. will provide financial assistance or reimbursement for courses that are not covered under the Training and Development Policy and are relevant to a current or anticipated position and responsibilities.
