Our Management team is constantly seeking to develop its own skills by attending a variety of courses frequently, throughout the year. Daniel B. Tchir personally attended a Human Capital Institute (HCI) Summit in Chicago in April, 2006. The high level learning he received on how to attract, motivate, engage and retain top talent was exceptional. Daniel is a good leader that is trusted by the Integrity Land Inc. team.
