Value-Added Relationships

Because Integrity Land Inc has value-added existing relationships in place we expand on what is delivered to our clients.

Integrity Land Inc. strives to develop, build and maintain positive relationships with all parties that we deal with. This includes landowners and stakeholders, survey companies, clients, various vendors and service providers, regulatory agencies, the Alberta Crown Land Administration Division (LAD), third party contacts, Forest Officers and competitors as well, in order to share valuable information with each other to ensure positive and consistent approaches with the landowner community.

Some specific relationships that Integrity Land Inc. maintains that broaden our capabilities include the following:

  • Very strong working relationship between our Crown Surface Land Use Agent and many Crown Forest Officers, allowing for expedited field approvals on Crown projects for our clients.
  • Long standing and strong working relationship with the Crown LAD in Edmonton, resulting in extremely effective communications with respect to the processing and approval of clients’ Crown Surface Dispositions.
  • Many exceptional working relationships between Integrity Land Inc. and a variety of survey companies. We have had the opportunity to refer work to selected survey companies and vice versa. Due to the large volumes of common work with many companies, the communication flow proves to be very valuable while working on common projects for clients.
  • Frequent experience working with the administrators and board members at the Alberta Surface Rights Board (SRB) has proven to assist in expediting projects.
  • We have worked with many landowners’ surface rights lawyers on projects for various clients. The knowledge of having worked with each other on many files results in an ability to “cut to the chase” in reaching resolutions for our clients.
  • Good working relationships with various ERCB head office and field staff in some areas, has proven to be an asset.
  • Excellent working relationship with a renowned oil and gas lawyer who works for many oil and gas companies. We have been involved in many files together, in each others’ offices, in mutual clients’ offices, before the Alberta SRB together and before the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench together. This relationship, built on mutual respect, understanding and trust regularly yields positive results for Integrity Land Inc. and its clients.
  • Occasionally, in the surface rights acquisition business there is a need for an appraisal. Integrity Land Inc. has a very strong working relationship with a well known and respected appraisal company. This too, has proven to be very valuable to our clients.
