Custom Database Management System

The Integrity Land Data Manager (ILDM) is a custom built software application that allows us to effectively manage our work and projects, on behalf of our clients. ILDM is Integrity Land Inc.’s core business application that provides our staff with:

• Up to date information on all project files (landowners, project descriptions, compensation, and other associated data).
• Up to date customer and landowner contact information.
• Accurate billing information through our TDS (Time and Disbursements Summary), where Integrity Land Inc. staff can bill time and allocate disbursements to clients’ files accurately.
• Accurate and up to date billing information through an invoicing tool that is integrated with our Simply Accounting software program. Invoices are provided along with a Project Summary Spreadsheet (PSS) that lists all billing information entered into the TDS component of ILDM.

Integrity Land Inc. has the tools to provide our clients with accurate and real-time data for customized reporting. All data is pulled from the ILDM application database and is formatted to create customized reports. Our reports can be presented in a number of formats as our main reporting tool is Crystal Reports. Crystal Reports is a reporting tool kit that helps us rapidly create flexible, feature-rich reports and integrate them into Web and Windows applications. Our customized reports can be developed and printed in any format requested.
