Public, Stakeholder and Aboriginal Consultation, Project Compliance Reviews and Audits

  • Develop and implement Participant Involvement Programs
  • Prepare and assemble compliant Project Information Packages
  • Fulfill ERCB Consultation and Notification Requirements for Energy Developments (wells, pipelines, facilities) under Directive 56.
  • Fulfill ERCB Notification Requirements for Flaring under Directive 60.
  • Determine and deal with residents/landowners with respect to water well testing, including requirements under ERCB Directive 35.
  • Research and compile data for revised well spacing and holdings and send out required notifications under Directive 65.
  • Consult with area residents with respect to drilling and completions traffic and travel routes.
  • Investigate affected areas, complete field research, and gather information for Emergency Response Plans (ERPs).
  • Coordinate open houses, town-hall sessions, public meetings, ERCB field facilitations and Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) meetings.
  • Complete all associated public and community consultation.
  • Prepare thorough ERCB Audit Packages when applicable.
  • Meet and consult with Aboriginal groups for Alberta Crown Land projects, in order to ensure compliance with government requirements.
  • Review and audit any projects for clients which were completed by any party other than Integrity Land Inc., to ensure regulatory compliance.
